Is the pilot really free?
Yes. 30 days, full access to PMS, EMS and AMS, no credit card required. We turn it off automatically at day 30 unless you decide to continue — no usage charge during the pilot.
How do combined per-user and per-device prices work on one invoice?
For EMS and AMS, your monthly bill adds both components: the per-meter (or per-device) line plus the per-user line. PMS is per-user only. Everything appears on a single monthly invoice in EUR, ex-VAT, billed to the account holder. Multi-tenant management is included — no surcharge.
Is the listed reference price what I will actually pay?
Listed hardware prices are our reference for orders of 1,000+ units. Sub-1K orders carry a higher per-unit cost. Ultrasonic gas modules are quote-only — pricing depends on size (G4 to G25), ATEX option and connection type. Send us your exact volume and configuration; we respond within one business day.
Can I run on-prem?
Yes — on-prem and private-cloud deployment are supported on every plan. We ship a hardened Docker Compose bundle plus a Kubernetes Helm chart; you operate it, we support it.
What about data residency?
Default region is Hetzner Falkenstein (DE) for EU customers. EU data never leaves EU. Other regions on request.
